I am not sure it has a chorus. It doesn't build to anything. A bit drab. I would like to hear it attempt ABBA or some catchy pop band. It's hard to judge on a dark wave band or new wave type band because its often already a little cold and drab.

I hadn't watched Eurovision since about 2006 but decided to watch it this year because even more controversy than usual. I was reminded why I stopped watching it in the first place! I liked some of the songs but the voting results infuriate me and I ought to have switched off before that.

Just a hodge podge of words with generic cryptic meanings. The sounds from the “keys” are nothing special either. Just no creativity with this that only Martin could bring to a composition like this.

There is a generic, or surface level, interpretation that you can take on any of their songs. But then you can also take it several tiers beyond that. "Stripped" is one great example of that. Great video by the way. Black Celebration is my favorite DM album, and "But Not Tonight" is still my favorite song by them.

Nobody, but nobody cared what 'trans' people did or got up to until they started demanding access to womens spaces, sports, and services and being misogynist and violent and deeply homophobic. As for Olly Alexander there is no reason at all his performance needed to be as sexualised as that in a family show that children watch, you are gay love its not a big deal - keep that stuff for adults and read the room. The whole TQ+ thing is nothing but reactionary, homophobic, misogyny it's damaging to the LGB cause - it really is.
